Terms and Conditions Mayhem Weekend Giveaway

1. Organizer
The organizer of the giveaway is Men of Mayhem GmbH, Neumann-Reichardt-Straße 27-33, 22041 Hamburg, Germany.

2. Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 and over. Employees of Men of Mayhem and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Period and Giveaway Process
The giveaway runs from June 26, 2025, 6:00 PM (Early Access) to July 6, 2025, 11:59 PM. Every person who places an order via the Men of Mayhem online shop or at the flagship store in Hamburg-Barmbek during this period is automatically entered into the giveaway. Each order number counts as one entry. The order value has no impact on the chance of winning.

Orders that are fully returned are excluded from the giveaway.

Special conditions for participation via the flagship store:
To enter the giveaway in the flagship store, a customer account in the Men of Mayhem online shop is required. When paying at the register, the personal details stored in the customer account must be provided. This is necessary to link the purchase to the account so the corresponding order number can be entered into the giveaway.

4. Prizes

• Grand Prize: A Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde exhaust system worth up to €4,000, individually configurable.
• Additional Prizes: 13 vouchers worth €100 each for the Men of Mayhem online shop.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Drawing and Notification
Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible order numbers on July 13, 2025 at 12:00 PM. Multiple draws of the same order number are not possible. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their customer account. If a winner does not respond within four weeks, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected.

6. Data Protection
Personal data collected as part of the giveaway is part of the regular order process and will be processed and stored according to Men of Mayhem’s general data protection policy. This data is used solely for order fulfillment and to carry out the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. 7. Disclaimer
Men of Mayhem is not liable for technical issues that may impair participation in the giveaway. This includes network outages, hardware or software problems, or other technical difficulties.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Men of Mayhem reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel the giveaway for good cause at any time. In such cases, participants will be informed promptly.

9. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies.

11. Exclusion of Participants
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants if manipulation, fraud, or other improper conduct is suspected. This includes participation via sweepstakes clubs or automated services.

12. Binding Nature of the Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, each customer is automatically entered into the giveaway and agrees to these terms and conditions. Men of Mayhem reserves the right to exclude entries that violate these terms without prior notice.

13. Publication of Winners
By participating, winners agree that their first name and city of residence may be published on the Men of Mayhem website or social media channels. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.

14. Warranty Disclaimer for Prizes
The organizer offers no warranty for physical prizes. Any warranty or guarantee claims apply only against the manufacturer of the prize, not the organizer.

15. Shipping of Prizes
The organizer assumes no liability for damage or loss during shipping. It is the participant’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details.

16. Forfeiture of Prize
If a winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe (four weeks) or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited. A replacement winner will then be selected.

17. Withdrawal from Participation
Participants may withdraw from the giveaway at any time by sending written notice to the organizer. Upon withdrawal, any claim to a prize is void.

18. Final Provisions
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In such cases, a legally valid provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the invalid clause shall apply.
