Terms and Conditions – Mayhem Weeken 2026 Giveaway

1. Organizer
The organizer of the prize draw is Men of Mayhem GmbH, Neumann-Reichardt-Straße 27-33, 22041 Hamburg.

2. Eligibility
All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of Men of Mayhem and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Period and How the Prize Draw Works
The prize draw runs from 25/06/2026, 1:00 PM (Early Access) until 28/06/2026, 11:59 PM. Every person who places an order in the Men of Mayhem online shop or at the flagship store in Hamburg-Barmbek during this period is automatically entered into the prize draw. The order number serves as the lottery ticket. The amount of the purchase value has no influence on the chance of winning.

Fully returned orders are excluded from the prize draw.

Special participation conditions for the flagship store:
In order to participate in the prize draw at the flagship store, creating an account in the Men of Mayhem online shop is mandatory. When paying at the checkout, the personal details stored in the customer account must be provided. Only in this way can the purchase be assigned to the respective account and the associated order number be automatically counted as a lottery ticket.

4. Prizes

• Main prize: 3 x 1 voucher worth €1000 each for the Men of Mayhem online shop.

The prizes are non-transferable, and cash payout is excluded.

5. Draw and Notification
The winners will be determined on 31/07/2026 at 12:00 PM by drawing lots from all eligible order numbers. The draw is deliberately held at least 30 days after the end of the participation period so that fully returned orders can be taken into account and excluded from the prize draw. A repeat draw of the same order number is excluded. Winners will be notified via the email address stored in their customer account. Should a winner fail to respond to the win notification within four weeks, the claim will lapse and a replacement winner will be drawn.

6. Data Protection
The personal data of participants collected as part of the prize draw is part of the regular purchase process and is processed and stored in accordance with the general data protection regulations of Men of Mayhem. This data is used exclusively to process the order and to carry out the prize draw and is not passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so. 7. Disclaimer of Liability
Men of Mayhem is not liable for technical malfunctions that could impair participation in the prize draw. This includes network outages, hardware or software problems, and other technical difficulties.

8. Changes to the Participation Conditions
Men of Mayhem reserves the right to change the participation conditions at any time or to cancel the prize draw for good cause. In this case, Men of Mayhem will inform participants immediately.

9. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies.

11. Exclusion of Participants
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw if there is suspicion of manipulation, fraud, or other impermissible actions. This also includes participation via competition clubs or automated services.

12. Binding Nature of the Participation Conditions
Every customer automatically takes part in the draw by making a purchase and thereby accepts these participation conditions as binding. Men of Mayhem reserves the right to exclude entries that violate these conditions without further notice.

13. Publication of Winners
By participating in the prize draw, the winner agrees that their first name and place of residence (city) may, in the event of a win, be published on the Men of Mayhem website or social media channels. The winner may object to this publication at any time.

14. Exclusion of Warranty for Prizes
The organizer assumes no warranty for the material prizes. Any guarantee or warranty claims exist only against the manufacturer of the prize, not against the organizer.

15. Shipping of Prizes
The organizer assumes no liability for damage to or loss of prizes during shipping. The responsibility for the accuracy of the contact details provided lies with the participant.

16. Forfeiture of the Prize Claim
Should a winner fail to respond to the win notification within the specified period (four weeks) or fail to accept the prize, the prize claim will lapse. In this case, a replacement winner will be drawn.

17. Withdrawal of Participation
Participants may withdraw their participation in the prize draw at any time. A written notice to the organizer is sufficient. However, withdrawal of participation forfeits any claim to a prize.

18. Other Provisions
Should any provision of these participation conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a regulation shall be deemed agreed that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
