Our flagship store is in Hamburg. Here you can get our entire range (if generally in stock).

Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-5 working days. You can find a more precise estimate of the delivery time of your order in the shipment tracking in the shipping confirmation. You will receive this from us by email as soon as your order is on its way to you. You can find further information about delivery times here.
You have to contact us quickly! As a rule, you only have a narrow window of time until the order is handed over to our shipping service provider. From this point on, changes are no longer possible.

Return
Please send the completed return form to the following address:

As soon as we receive your return, it will be checked. After checking the goods, we will refund the amount back to your account within 14 days.
You will usually receive a refund for the returned items within 14 days.
We generally cover the shipping costs in the event of defects and incorrect deliveries.
If you simply exchange sizes, we do not cover any shipping costs for returns. We will bear the resulting shipping costs for re-delivery of the exchange items.
Make sure your return is clearly marked as a return on the customs declaration . This will help us process your return quickly and efficiently.
Customs declaration:
Please enclose a complete customs declaration with your return. This is necessary to speed up the customs process and ensure that your return is processed correctly.
The customs declaration is always attached to the outside of the shipment. To do this, put the forms in a transparent bag and then attach them to the box or envelope. This is necessary to speed up the customs process and to ensure that your return is processed correctly.
