Shipping Terms

Deliveries are made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, USA, Great Britain, Cyprus, Austria.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.
Orders over €100.00 are eligible for free shipping (digital products do not count towards the minimum order value – applies only to physical products).

Deliveries to other countries:
We charge the following flat shipping fees:

  • €15.90 to the following countries:
    Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Great Britain, Cyprus, Austria.
    Orders over €200.00 are eligible for free shipping (digital products do not count towards the minimum order value – applies only to physical products).

  • €39.90 to the USA.
    Orders over €300.00 are eligible for free shipping (digital products do not count towards the minimum order value – applies only to physical products).

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 2-5 days, and international deliveries take 3-10 days (USA: 10-15 days) after the conclusion of the contract (or after payment in advance, depending on the method chosen).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them in a single delivery, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will depend on the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
