100% cotton flannel – Heavy, soft, durable
Our flannel shirts are made from 100% cotton and weigh 300 g/m² . This makes them one of the heavier flannel fabrics traditionally used by lumberjacks – warm, robust, and durable. The fabric retains its shape even with intensive use, is pleasantly soft against the skin, and is exceptionally hard-wearing . Perfect for autumn, winter, or cooler summer nights. Ideal for everyday wear, but also for tinkering with your bike or a ride-out.

Cotton Canvas – Sturdy fabric with attitude
For our vests, we use cotton canvas , a tightly woven cotton fabric with high tear and abrasion resistance. Canvas is known for its durability and longevity – whether on the bike or in everyday life. Combined with a polyester lining, this creates a stable, windproof construction. The perfect choice for anyone who prefers functional clothing with a clean look.

Sweatshirt fabric – Warm, soft & shape-retaining
Our hoodies, sweatshirts, and joggers are made from high-quality sweatshirt fabric – usually a blend of 80% cotton and 20% polyester . This ensures a comfortable combination of warmth and durability . Many styles also feature a double layer with a brushed jersey lining for extra volume and texture. Perfect for cool days or anyone who simply likes to be cozy.

Sweat & Double Layer – for our hoodie jackets
Our hoodie jackets consist of a double layer of fabric , the so-called double-layer construction:
- heavyweight sweatshirt fabric (approx. 320 g/m²)
- lightweight jersey fabric (approx. 180 g/m²)
This provides volume, pleasant warmth, and a perfect fit. The combination makes the jacket shape-retaining, durable, and perfect for cool days. The sweat and jersey fabrics are made of 80% cotton and 20% polyester – for optimal comfort and easy care.
Polyester jersey – lightweight, breathable, functional
Our jerseys are made from lightweight polyester fabric with a honeycomb structure. The fabric is specially designed to be airy , breathable , and quick-drying – perfect for intense use in high temperatures, whether on the bike, off-road, or during leisure activities.
The unique structure ensures a comfortable distance from the skin, while side mesh inserts on some models further improve air circulation. The result is a functional material that combines maximum freedom of movement with exceptional comfort.

Our men's T-shirts are made exclusively from pure cotton , without any blends. This ensures a natural feel, high breathability, and long-lasting quality – even after many washes.
We distinguish between:
- Approx. 180 g/m² – pleasantly light, ideal for spring to autumn.
- approx. 240 g/m² – noticeably heavier fabric, robust, grippy and dimensionally stable.
