(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.)

Cancellation Policy / Right of Withdrawal

Notice for international orders: For orders with a delivery country outside Germany, the purchase contract is concluded with Global-e (Global-E Online Ltd.) as the seller. In this case, the right of withdrawal must be exercised towards Global-e (see the section "Withdrawal for international orders" at the end of this page). The following policy applies to orders with delivery country Germany (seller: MEN OF MAYHEM GmbH).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, if you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MEN OF MAYHEM GmbH, Neumann-Reichardt-Straße 27-33, 22041 Hamburg, Germany, phone: +49 40 23 96 98 85, email: service@men-of-mayhem.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

International orders (delivered outside Germany) are processed by Global-e; returns are handled entirely via the Global-e portal – please do not use the address above (see the section at the end of this page).

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Grounds for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts

– for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
– for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
– for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract, and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;
– for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

– for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery;
– for the supply of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
– for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal was removed after delivery.

For orders with a delivery country outside Germany, the purchase contract is concluded with Global-e (Global-E Online Ltd.) as the seller. Global-e is a provider of end-to-end solutions for cross-border commerce and acts as the seller towards you.
