The following shipping terms apply.
Shipping Terms
Delivery area
We deliver within Germany as well as to numerous other countries. Orders with a delivery address outside Germany are processed by our partner Global-e (see also our Terms and Conditions). The shipping options and costs available for your delivery country are shown at the latest during the ordering process (checkout).
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Germany:
- Flat rate of €4.90 per order
- Free shipping from an order value of €100.00
EU countries:
- Standard shipping €5.00 (free from €200.00)
- Express shipping €12.00 (€8.00 from €200.00)
Switzerland:
- Standard shipping CHF 5.00 (free from CHF 200.00)
- Express shipping CHF 12.00 (CHF 8.00 from CHF 200.00)
United Kingdom:
- Standard shipping £5.00 (free from £300.00)
- Express shipping £10.00 (£7.00 from £300.00)
Norway:
- Standard shipping NOK 60.00 (free from NOK 2,300.00)
- Express shipping NOK 140.00 (NOK 95.00 from NOK 2,300.00)
Canada:
- Express shipping CA$ 18.00 (free from CA$ 300.00)
USA:
- Express shipping $13.00 (free from $300.00)
Other countries:
- Express shipping €12.00 (free from €300.00)
For orders with delivery outside Germany, the shipping costs applicable to your country as well as any customs duties, import taxes or other charges are shown transparently in the Global-e checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 2 – 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 – 10 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction). International shipments may incur additional transit time due to customs clearance.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Payment terms
For deliveries within Germany, payment is processed via Shopify Payments. The payment methods shown at checkout are available to you, including:
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Klarna
- PayPal
For deliveries abroad, payment is processed via Global-e. Depending on the destination country, various locally appropriate payment methods are available in the Global-e checkout and shown to you there.
