How to measure: head circumference
  1. 1Place the tape measure 1–2 cm above your eyebrows.
  2. 2Run it level around the widest part of the back of your head, snug but not tight (A).
  3. 3Enter the number. We do the rest.

No tape measure? Wrap a string or strip of paper around your head, mark it and measure it against a ruler.

The flex cap stretches. The values are the head circumference from which the size fits.
