How to measure: head circumference
  1. 1Place the tape measure 1–2 cm above your eyebrows.
  2. 2Run it level around the widest part of the back of your head, snug but not tight (A).
  3. 3Enter the number. We do the rest.

No tape measure? Wrap a string or strip of paper around your head, mark it and measure it against a ruler.

A new helmet sits firmly without pressing. Between two sizes, go for the smaller one, the padding gives.
