1. Organizer
The organizer of the giveaway is Men of Mayhem GmbH, Neumann-Reichardt-Straße 27-33, 22041 Hamburg.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 or older. Employees of Men of Mayhem and their family members are excluded from participation.
3. Participation Period and Giveaway Process
The giveaway runs from November 18, 2025, 6:00 PM (Early Access) until December 1, 2025, 11:59 PM. Anyone who places an order in the Men of Mayhem online shop or in the flagship store in Hamburg-Barmbek during this period is automatically entered into the giveaway. The order number serves as the ticket. The purchase amount does not influence the chances of winning.
Fully returned orders are excluded from participation.
Special conditions for the flagship store:
To take part in the giveaway via the flagship store, creating an account in the Men of Mayhem online shop is required. At checkout, customers must provide the personal data stored in their account. Only then can the purchase be linked to the account and the corresponding order number registered as a ticket.
4. Prizes
Main prize: 3 × €1000 vouchers for the Men of Mayhem online shop.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
5. Drawing and Notification
Winners will be drawn on December 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM from all valid order numbers. The same order number cannot win more than once. Winners will be notified via the email address stored in their customer account. If a winner does not respond within four weeks, the claim expires and a replacement winner will be selected.
6. Data Protection
Personal data processed as part of the giveaway forms part of the regular ordering process and is handled according to Men of Mayhem’s privacy policy. Data is used solely for order processing and administering the giveaway, and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required. 7. Liability
Men of Mayhem is not liable for technical issues that may impair participation in the giveaway. This includes network failures, hardware or software issues, and other technical difficulties.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Men of Mayhem reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the giveaway for important reasons. Participants will be informed promptly if such changes occur.
9. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies.

11. Exclusion of Participants
The organizer may exclude participants in cases of suspected manipulation, fraud, or other improper actions. This includes entries submitted via giveaway clubs or automated services.
12. Binding Nature of the Terms
By making a purchase, each customer automatically enters the giveaway and accepts these terms as binding. Men of Mayhem reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms.
13. Publication of Winners
By participating, winners agree that their first name and city of residence may be published on the Men of Mayhem website or social media channels. Winners may withdraw this consent at any time.
14. Warranty Disclaimer for Prizes
The organizer provides no warranty for the prizes. Any warranty or defect claims exist solely against the manufacturer, not the organizer.
15. Shipping of Prizes
The organizer assumes no liability for damage or loss during shipping. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
16. Expiry of Prize Claims
If a winner does not respond within the specified four-week period or does not accept the prize, the claim expires. A replacement winner will then be selected.
17. Withdrawal from Participation
Participants may withdraw from the giveaway at any time by sending written notice to the organizer. In case of withdrawal, the participant loses any claim to a prize.
18. Other Provisions
If any clause of these terms is invalid, the remaining clauses remain unaffected. A valid provision that best reflects the economic purpose of the invalid clause shall apply instead.
