Terms and Conditions – Black Week 26 Prize Draw

1. Organizer
The organizer of the prize draw is Men of Mayhem GmbH, Neumann-Reichardt-Straße 27-33, 22041 Hamburg, Germany, email: service@men-of-mayhem.com, phone: +49 40 23 96 98 85.

2. Eligibility
All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate, regardless of the country to which the order is delivered. Employees of Men of Mayhem and their relatives are excluded from participation. Orders placed by retailers and business customers, in particular via the Men of Mayhem B2B shop, are not entered.

3. Participation Period and How the Prize Draw Works
The prize draw runs from 13/11/2026, 12:00 AM until 30/11/2026, 11:59 PM (German time). Every person who places an order in the Men of Mayhem online shop or at the flagship store in Hamburg-Barmbek during this period is automatically entered into the prize draw. Each order number serves as one lottery ticket. Anyone who places several orders receives a corresponding number of tickets. The amount of the purchase value has no influence on the chance of winning.

Excluded from the prize draw are fully returned, cancelled or unpaid orders as well as orders that contain only gift cards.

Special participation conditions for the flagship store:
In order to participate in the prize draw at the flagship store, creating an account in the Men of Mayhem online shop is mandatory. When paying at the checkout, the personal details stored in the customer account must be provided. Only in this way can the purchase be assigned to the respective account and the associated order number be automatically counted as a lottery ticket.

4. Prizes

• Main prize: 3 x 1 voucher worth €1000 each for the Men of Mayhem online shop.

Each person can win no more than one prize. The voucher is sent as a digital gift card to the winner's email address and can be redeemed in the Men of Mayhem online shop. It can be spread across several purchases, and any unused balance remains valid. The prizes are non-transferable, and cash payout is excluded.

5. Draw and Notification
The winners will be determined on 30/12/2026 at 12:00 PM (German time) by drawing lots from all eligible order numbers. The draw is deliberately held at least 30 days after the end of the participation period so that fully returned orders can be taken into account and excluded from the prize draw. If a person who has already won is drawn again, a new draw takes place. Winners will be notified via the email address stored in their customer account or in their order. Should a winner fail to respond to the win notification within four weeks or decline the prize, the claim will lapse and a replacement winner will be drawn.

6. Data Protection
The personal data of participants collected as part of the prize draw is part of the regular purchase process and is processed and stored in accordance with the general data protection regulations of Men of Mayhem. This data is used exclusively to process the order and to carry out the prize draw and is not passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so. Further information on data protection can be found in our Privacy Policy on the website.

7. Publication of Winners
Men of Mayhem will publish a winner's first name and place of residence (city) on the website or social media channels only if the winner has given explicit consent after the win notification. This consent can be withdrawn at any time. The prize does not depend on giving consent.

8. Liability
Men of Mayhem is not liable for technical malfunctions that could impair participation in the prize draw, such as network outages, hardware or software problems. This exclusion does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence or to injury to life, body or health.

9. Exclusion of Participants
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw if there is suspicion of manipulation, fraud, or other impermissible actions. This also includes participation via competition clubs or automated services.

10. Withdrawal of Participation
Participants may withdraw their participation in the prize draw at any time. A message to service@men-of-mayhem.com stating the order number is sufficient. Withdrawal forfeits any claim to a prize.

11. Changes to the Participation Conditions
Men of Mayhem reserves the right to amend these participation conditions during the prize draw for good cause, provided this is reasonable for participants and necessary to ensure the proper running of the prize draw (e.g. in the event of technical malfunctions, attempts at manipulation or changes in the legal framework). If there is good cause that makes carrying out the prize draw impossible or unreasonable, Men of Mayhem is entitled to cancel or end the prize draw early. Participants will be informed of significant changes or a cancellation in an appropriate manner.

12. Binding Nature of the Participation Conditions
Every customer automatically takes part in the draw by making a purchase during the participation period and thereby accepts these participation conditions. Men of Mayhem reserves the right to exclude entries that violate these conditions without further notice.

14. Applicable Law and Final Provisions
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which a participant has their habitual residence remain unaffected. The winners are determined at random. A new draw only takes place in the cases set out in these conditions. Should any provision of these participation conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to its economic purpose. In the event of discrepancies, the German version of these participation conditions prevails.
