Terms and Conditions for the Black Week Giveaway

  1. Organizer
    The organizer of the giveaway is Men of Mayhem GmbH, Neumann-Reichardt-Straße 27-33, 22041 Hamburg.

  2. Eligibility
    The giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 and over. Employees of Men of Mayhem and their family members are excluded from participation.

  3. Participation Period and Giveaway Process
    The giveaway runs from November 21, 2024, 6:00 PM (Early Access) to December 1, 2024, 11:59 PM. Anyone placing an order in the Men of Mayhem online shop or the flagship store in Hamburg-Barmbek during this period will automatically participate in the giveaway. The order number serves as the ticket for the raffle. The value of the purchase does not affect the chance of winning.

    Orders that are fully returned are excluded from the giveaway.

    Special participation requirements for the flagship store:
    To participate in the giveaway at the flagship store, an account must be created in the Men of Mayhem online shop. When checking out, the personal details registered in the account must be provided. Only then can the purchase be associated with the respective account, and the order number will be automatically considered as a ticket.

  1. Prizes
  • Grand Prize: A Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde exhaust system worth up to €4,000, customizable.
  • Other Prizes: 13 vouchers worth €100 each for the Men of Mayhem online shop.
    The prizes are non-transferable, and cash redemption is excluded.

  1. Draw and Notification
    The winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible order numbers on December 24, 2024, at 12:00 PM. Multiple draws of the same order number are excluded. Winners will be notified via the email address registered in their account. If a winner does not respond within four weeks of the notification, the claim will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be drawn.

  2. Data Protection
    The personal data collected for the giveaway will be processed and stored in accordance with Men of Mayhem's general data protection regulations. These data will only be used for order processing and the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.   3. Liability Disclaimer
    Men of Mayhem is not liable for technical issues that may affect participation in the giveaway. This includes network failures, hardware or software problems, and other technical difficulties.

  4. Changes to Terms
    Men of Mayhem reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel the giveaway for an important reason at any time. In this case, participants will be promptly informed.

  5. Legal Process
    The legal process is excluded. German law applies.

  7. Exclusion of Participants
    The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway if there is suspicion of manipulation, fraud, or other unlawful actions. This includes participation through giveaway clubs or automated services.

    By making a purchase, each customer automatically participates in the raffle and accepts these terms and conditions as binding. Men of Mayhem reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms without further notice.

  9. Public Disclosure of Winners
    By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees that their first name and city of residence may be published on the Men of Mayhem website or social media channels in the event of winning. The winner can object to this publication at any time.

  10. Warranty Disclaimer for Prizes
    The organizer does not guarantee the prizes. Any warranty or claims are only valid against the manufacturer of the prize, not the organizer.

  11. Shipping of Prizes
    The organizer is not liable for any damage or loss of prizes during shipping. The participant is responsible for providing correct contact details.

  12. Forfeiture of Prize Claim
    If a winner does not respond within the specified period (four weeks) or does not accept the prize, the claim to the prize expires. In this case, an alternative winner will be drawn.

  13. Withdrawal from Participation
    Participants can withdraw from the giveaway at any time by sending a written notice to the organizer. However, withdrawal will forfeit the claim to a prize.

  14. Miscellaneous Provisions
    If any provision of these terms becomes or is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, a regulation will apply that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
