1. Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Men of Mayhem GmbH, Neumann-Reichardt-Straße 27-33, 22041 Hamburg.
2. Eligibility
All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of Men of Mayhem and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Participation period and competition procedure
The competition runs from From October 31, 2025, 00:01 to November 2, 2025, 23:59 . Every person who places an order in the Men of Mayhem online shop or in the flagship store in Hamburg-Barmbek during this period will automatically be entered into the prize draw. The order number serves as the entry. The purchase amount has no influence on the chances of winning.
Completely returned orders are excluded from the prize draw.
Special terms and conditions for participation for the flagship store:
To participate in the prize draw at the flagship store, creating an account in the Men of Mayhem online shop is mandatory. At checkout, you must enter the personal information stored in your customer account. This is the only way to assign the purchase to your account and automatically include the corresponding order number in the prize draw.
4. Wins
- Main prize 1 : 1 x 1 unique jet helmet, hand-painted – individually configurable in the appropriate size between L and 3XL .

Main prize 2: 1 x 1 limited edition Men of Mayhem Whiskey, in an elegant 500ml bottle, with exclusive Skull & Bones label – bottled in a premium German distillery.
Participants under 18 years of age are excluded from this prize.
The organizer reserves the right to verify the age of the winners (e.g. by requiring proof of identity).
- Main prize 3: 1 x €1 300 voucher from MEN OF MAYHEM and 1 x the NFAF Graveyard Poster printed in DIN A2 on high-quality paper.
- Other prizes : 13 vouchers worth €100 each for the Men of Mayhem online shop.
The winnings are non-transferable, and a cash payout is excluded.
5. Draw and notification
The winners will be announced on The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible order numbers on November 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Multiple winners with the same order number are not permitted. Winners will be notified via the email address registered to their customer account. If a winner does not respond to the notification within four weeks, their claim will be forfeited, and a substitute winner will be drawn.
6. Data protection
The personal data collected from participants in this competition is part of the standard purchase process and will be processed and stored by Men of Mayhem in accordance with their general data protection regulations. This data will be used exclusively for processing the order and conducting the competition and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required to do so. 7. Disclaimer
Men of Mayhem is not liable for technical malfunctions that may affect participation in the competition. This includes network outages, hardware or software problems, and other technical difficulties.
8. Changes to the terms and conditions of participation
Men of Mayhem reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time or to cancel the competition for good cause. In this case, Men of Mayhem will inform the participants immediately.
9. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies.

11. Exclusion of participants
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if there is suspicion of manipulation, fraud, or other illegal activities. This includes participation via sweepstakes clubs or automated services.
12. Binding nature of the terms and conditions of participation
Every customer automatically participates in the prize draw by making a purchase and thereby accepts these terms and conditions as binding. Men of Mayhem reserves the right to exclude entries that violate these terms and conditions without further notice.
13. Announcement of the winners
By participating in the competition, the winner agrees that, in the event of winning, their first name and city of residence may be published on the Men of Mayhem website or social media channels. The winner may object to this publication at any time.
14. Disclaimer of warranty for profits
The organizer assumes no liability for the prizes. Any warranty or guarantee claims exist only against the prize manufacturer, not against the organizer.
15. Shipping of prizes
The organizer accepts no liability for damage to or loss of prizes during shipping. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their contact information.
16. Forfeiture of the claim to profits
Should a winner fail to respond to the notification of their win within the specified period (four weeks) or refuse to accept the prize, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a substitute winner will be drawn.
17. Withdrawal of participation
Participants can withdraw their participation in the competition at any time. A written notification to the organizer is sufficient. However, withdrawal of participation forfeits any claim to a prize.
18. Other provisions
Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a regulation shall be deemed agreed upon which most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
